Sleev is operated by Capelago SASU.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Sleev:
Account → Settings → Delete account → Confirm
Deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Sleev deletes the active account and the associated database records, source images, generated avatars, digitized garments, and outfit files controlled by Capelago.
Temporary copies may remain in operational logs, backups, or third-party AI systems until their normal retention periods expire. More information is available in the Sleev Privacy Policy.
Request deletion without the app
You can request deletion from this page even if you have uninstalled Sleev or cannot access your account.
Submit the account-deletion form using the same email address associated with your Sleev account. We may contact you at that address to verify the request before deleting the account.
The form should collect only:
- the email address associated with the Sleev account;
- confirmation that the user is requesting deletion of the entire account and associated data; and
- an optional message.
Do not ask the user to enter an Apple, Google, or Sleev password into the form.
If the form is unavailable, email contact@trysleev.com with the subject Sleev account deletion request.
What is deleted
When the request is verified and processed, Capelago deletes the active:
- Sleev account and authentication record;
- profile and onboarding information;
- uploaded source images;
- generated avatars;
- digitized garments;
- saved outfits and outfit images;
- usage-limit and promotional-access records linked to the account; and
- other active database records and stored files associated with the account.
Anonymous product-analytics events that were never linked to the Sleev account cannot be identified through the deletion request and may remain in aggregated product analytics.
Temporary provider copies and logs expire according to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
